Stuart came to Cotswold Strength Coach with a story that will sound familiar to a lot of men in their forties. He wasn't unfit. He wasn't unhealthy. But something had slipped. He'd tried the usual fixes before. Short-term diets that worked until they didn't. Gym phases that peaked in January. Online plans downloaded and never finished. The problem wasn't willpower — it was that nothing was built around his life, his schedule, his starting point.
Working remotely with his coach, Stuart was given a nutrition framework and training structure that fitted around a full-time job and family commitments — no radical overhaul, no unsustainable calorie crash. Just consistent, manageable effort with clear accountability week by week.
