Stuart came to Cotswold Strength Coach with a story that will sound familiar to a lot of men in their forties. He wasn't unfit. He wasn't unhealthy. But something had slipped. The weight had crept on quietly — a few kilos here, a missed gym session there — until he looked in the mirror one morning and didn't quite recognise what he saw.
