How quickly will you reply?
I personally read and respond to every message within 24 hours on weekdays. If you send a message on the weekend, expect a reply first thing Monday.
Do I need experience to sign up?
Not at all. Programmes are tailored to your current level — whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or chasing a new personal best.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If your goals or circumstances change, we can adjust your plan at any time. Flexibility is built into every coaching relationship.
Is coaching fully remote?
Yes — 100% online. Programmes are delivered via app or PDF, check-ins happen over message or video call, and everything is built around your schedule.
